PSF: and a Happy New Year!

PhotoStory Friday
Hosted by Cecily and MamaGeek

I thought that by putting down my camera this week I would have more time to stay "right in the moment" and really enjoy time with Sophie.

Welp, I put down the camera this week, and I literally can't remember one thing that we did! Um, and when in the world did Friday get here? I'm still stuck on Wednesday.

Not much of a story, but it's the best I can do.
Strange week. Very strange week.

Moral to this story? My camera not only improves my memory, but also slows down time. If I don't pick it back up--the next thing I know it could be Christmas and I'll still be wearing my Halloween costume! (only 76 days away I believe--so just in case I forget --

Merry Christmas

Happy Thanksgiving!:)

I did manage to click these pictures as we were running out of the house trying to make it to music on time. Phew! At least I know we did in fact GO to music already or I might have tried to go today;)

Oh, and one more thing--these are real smiles this week so I do know that we are doing something right! I just love that little haircut of hers--wish I could wear it!

Merry Christmas to you too.
We were at our Bible study last night and saying how can it be (almost) mid October. ??? The time is just FLYING by(e). It is crazy!!!
I say use the camera (while staying in the moment as much as you can) I think you will be glad you did in the coming years. There is nothing like looking back at the past memories.

Cute smile!

If I don't take pictures I also forget what happened during the week too. Live by the camera because when the kids ask when did we do that at least I can prove we did do it and the album will have a date. LOL

I love the hair too. I've been debating whether or not to cut my girl's or not.
As long as you're getting some real smiles, use the camera I say.

She's just adorable. And I love that little dress too.

I have many of those weeks that I completely lose track of what day it is. When my husband goes out of town I find it especially difficult as at least I can guage my week by his.

I think I'm going to have to go with your lead and get my Christmas wishes out now! Seems like a good idea to me. I agree, totally cute hair cut.

I love the reminder to stay in the moment...but I usually have at the little point and shoot in my purse!

She has the best smile...I am so glad it isn't forced ! What music do you go to? We have tried both the Gymboree classes as well as Kindermusik.

I am not even kidding when I tell you that just an hour ago I downloaded pictures from my camera so I could see what we did this week and plan upcoming posts. How funny!
That haircut of hers is really cute. As soon as my daughter manages to grow some hair, I am excited to try some cute little girl styles on her.

Sorry I'm so stinkin' behind again. Things have been weird around here too...I can't keep up!
